• Non-Watermarked Commons are distributed evenly by color among the packs, with no pack containing more than one Non-Watermarked Common in each color (15 packs have an artifact substituted for one of the colors).

• Certain cards have their counts raised, reduced, or not included in the cube, either for budget or balance purposes. Land-cycling cards were removed in order to allow a 45-pack structure, as were the Planeswalkers and several other Rares and Mythic Rares.
