1/2/19 - swapped a bunch of cards. added more tutors (beseech the queen, diabolic tutor, dark petition) and some mana ramp pieces like doubling cube and black market to complement the doubling pieces. Swapped swamps for snow-covered swamps to take more personal advantage of extraplanar lens
1/9/19 - removed life's finale, added Dread Cacodemon. Swapped temple of the false god for another snow-covered swamp.

1/18/19 - removed hellfire (too much of a liability) & removed phyrexian obliterator (love the card, but too off theme). Added Nefarox (value exalted demon) and exsanguinate (too much big mana not to).
1/25/19 - removed pestilence demon, added spawn of mayhem.
2/8/19 - removed nefarox, added demon of dark schemes.
2/11/19 - removed Newlamog, added kindred dominance.
5/2/19 - removed sudden spoiling and thrilling encore, added finale of Eternity and Bolas' citadel

12/21/23 - removed a swamp, black sun's zenith, and oubliette. Added a cavern of souls, bloodletter of alcalotz, and a roaming throne.
12/22/23 - the changes continue, making this more of a demon tribal deck and not a mono-black good-stuff. Removed: bolas citadel, necromantic selection, grave betrayal, beseech the queen, diabolic tutor, dread cacodemon, void winnower, reanimate. Added: gray merchant, shadowgrange archfiend, sanguine bond, urza's incuabor, blood on the snow, imperial seal, haunting voyage, profane transfusion.
