VS UB Control
In: 2 Torrential Gearhulk, 4 Negate, Glimmer of Genius, Chandra, Supreme Will
Out: 2 Essence Scatter, 2 Magma Spray, 4 Harnessed Lightning, Abrade.
The Gearhulk control package comes in to replace dead removal spells. I'm not sure if appetites should come in to answer Search For Azcanta or if you just want another threat. During the World Championships Owen Turtenwald sided them in but Huey didn't. I'm not sure what would come out to make room for them.

God-Pharaoh's Gift
In: Abrade, Coup.
Out: 2 Essence Scatter.
I have almost no experience vs this match up but expect to see it this weekend. I found it very difficult to puzzle my way through a SB strategy for this match up. On one hand removal is worse because their threats come back. On the other hand, you absolutely need an answer to Hostage Taker. I decided on Coups instead of Appetites because it can hit everything in their deck. To run both I believe you need to take out removal, which I don't want to do because of Hostage Taker. I'll certainly accept any advice from someone with real experience vs this deck.

Abzan Tokens
In: 2 Gearhulks, 2 Appetite, 4 Negate
Out: 2 Magma Spray, Abrade, Coup, Commit, 2 Essence Scatter, 1 Harnessed Lightning.
This is another match up I could use advice on. The other two SB cards that can come in is Glimmer and Supreme Will, especially since the Gearhulks are in. I'm just not sure what is suppose to come out considering many Abzan Tokens bring in Angel of Sanctions counting on you siding out most of your removal.

Mardu Vehicles
In: Abrade, Aethersphere Harvester, 2 Appetite, Chandra's Defeat
Out: Coup, Commit, 3 Glorybringer.
My only uncertaintly is siding out the 3rd Glorybringer. I really want 2 in the deck but don't know what else to side out. I understand Chandra's Defeat is a little worse because Mardu Vehs runs less red cards but post-SB they bring in Glorybringers and Chandras giving it more targets. I believe 1 Defeat is correct.

Ram Red
In: Aethersphere Harvester, Chandra's Defeat, Abrade
Out: Commit, 2 Glorybringer.
This one is fairly straightforward I think. I think bringing in a 2nd Coup is too expensive and is the wrong answer to opposing Glorybringers and Hazorets since you cant block with anything ure taking since it will tapped. Perhaps the MD Coup comes out instead of a Glorybringer.
