having 6 high mana drops is difficult in a non-ramp deck; i would suggest lowering sublime to 2 or 3 and definitely adding 1 more silverblade since he's really important for this deck.

i still don't think doomed travelers are very good for this deck - nearheath pilgrim or stromkirk noble might be much better threats (doomed traveler is for weak early game decks; this deck is definitely not a weak early game deck)

also, if you're not running stromkirk nobles, you don't need as much mountains imo
