A different take on a Tortured Existence deck in pauper. Instead of
playing utility cards which gain marginal value this deck looks to be
much more aggressive and slam monster after monster until you opponent
loses. It also has several recursion loops that let it get to the late
game such as swapping 2 Golgari Brownscales back and forth with Tortured
Existence, fast self mill with Golgari Brownscale and Lurching Rotbeast
(Which also helps smooth your draws), or Arrogant Wurm with Tortured
Existence which functions as a far more aggressive Grave Scrambler. In
many ways this will play like a slower dredge deck. Often the deck will
dredge a Golgari Brownscale instead of drawing to both stabilize,
gaining life, grow the graveyard, and fuel recursion loops. I've only
played it in que's but its been fairly successful and more importantly, a
lot of fun. Nothing quite beats bashing face with a 11/11, 15/15
Rhizome Lurcher, so big shout out to Guilds of Ravinca for that card
