Whenever a creature comes into play, untap all creatures.

-Imperious Perferct: Other Elf creatures you control get +1/+1.
,Forest(Tap) : Put a 1/1 green Elf Warrior creature token into play.

-Tap Imp. Perfect--> Add one 1/1 elf token--> The token will make Imp.Perfect untap again, because Intruder Alarm says that whenever a creature comes into play(token), untap all creatures---> add elf tokens 309593579537 times.
