As I drew some sample hands for this deck, I realized it had no chance of winning a 3+ player game. The only way it could was mass concession because everyone was annoyed with all the card draw. I liked the idea of making my opponents creatures work for me (Impetuses, Fight to the Death), so I wanted to expand on that and add control for other resources too. Also, seemed like way too many lands. What's better than a possible repeat way to get extra turns? Not much.
Mass Manipulation for 1 Island
Council's Judgment for Celestial Purge
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight for Sunblade Angel
Drain Power for Thrill of Possibility
Stitch in Time for Winged Words
Entrancing Melody for Celestial Colonnade
Sower of Temptation for Ornithopter
Dack's Duplicate for Anticipate
I Sideboarded Fists of Flame due to the amount of card draw in this deck. Cure for the Common Game notes that Commander damage is the likely route to win with this deck, so Vadrok needs a lot of pump. 7 rounds at 3/3 is a lot with 3 opponents. If you're playing in a group without a lot of graveyard tactics I would suggest substituting for Tormod's Crypt.

Castle Embereth for 1 Mountain
Some major overhauls ensued. As always, I try to work with cards I have as much as possible. One thing I noticed right away was how many tap lands (13!) and mana rocks (9!) were in this deck. Way too much for my comfort.
Land replacements as follows:
Hallowed Fountain for Azorius Guildgate
Fabled Passage for Evolving Wilds
Temple of Epiphany for Izzet Guildgate
Temple of Enlightenment for Meandering River
Sacred Foundry for 1 Mountain
Steam Vents for Rupture Spire
Glacial Fortress for Sejiri Refuge
Clifftop Retreat for Stone Quarry
Celestial Colonnade for Tranquil Cover
Reflecting Pool for Transguild Promenade
Temple of Triumph for Wind-Scarred Crag
Cascade Bluffs for Spectral Searchlight
I swapped Azorius Signet for Azorius Locket to try to maintain some ramp at 2.
Teferi, Time Raveler for Chain of Vapor, I did not have Chain of Vapor and it is relatively expensive. I had Teferi, and he does not have the drawback of your opponent possibly using the same ability by sac'ing a land, plus that static ability is just a b!tch.
Mythos of Vadrok for Commander's Sphere, for flavor! Too bad it is not repeatable with Vadrok.
Boros Charm for Flawless Manuever, I kept my one copy of FM in the Ruthless Regiment based deck, it is expensive, and Boros Charm is not a bad sub, flexible due to the options, and is still repeatable with Vadrok.
See the Truth for Frantic Search, I had it, I don't like tossing cards, unfortunately lose the untap lands piece.
Healer's Hawk for Suntail Hawk, because why wouldn't you want a lifelink flyer for 1 instead of just a flyer.
Lightening Bolt for Incinerate, because I had one and not the other.
Blitz of the Thunder-Raptor for Jeskai Banner, for flavor! There is so much card draw in this deck, I really didn't think I'd need to pay 3 for it.
Unbreakable Formation for Raugrin Crystal, protecting mutate stacks is pretty important, repeatable with Vadrok.
Oketra the True for Ugin's Conjurant, I had the sweet Amonkhet Invocations version, so it is nice to be able to fit it in a deck. Truly indestructible, double strike, just need to maintain a party of four.
Sea-Dasher Octopus for Tormenting Voice, the comic art variant is just so nice, plus flash mutate onto Vadrok allows for potential shenanigans bringing things back on other people's turn.
Since I had the Godzilla art for every card that had it in the original decklist, I used it. To fit the last one in:
Pollywog Symbiote for 1 Island
Score: 5

Drain Power for Thrill of Possibility

Sower of Temptation for Ornithopter
Dack's Duplicate for Anticipate
Arcane Denial for Negate
Counterspell for Dovin's Veto
