Swapped in Teleportation Circle for Saltskitter

In order to be PlayEDH low, remove Blasting Station, and break Eldrazi Displacer/Peregrine Drake Combo. Swap in Ashnod's Altar for Blasting Station. Swap in Cathars' Crusade for Eldrazi Displacer.
