THE DECK
2021 standard rotation proof Azorius Mill. Its based around Teferi's Tutelage and lots of card draw and of course mill! No counter spells here but still working along the lines of depleting our opponents library as quick as we can! Main colour is Blue to drive the mill mechanic while white is here to deal with protection, life gain and removal.

WIN CONDITION / COMBO / SYNERGIES
we use "Teferi's Tutelage" for the main mill engine and stack the effect with cards like "Teferi's Ageless Insight", "Into the Story", "Revitalize", "Thirst for Meaning", "Teferi, Master of Time"

CREATURES / SPELLS
Merfolk Secretkeeper - nice cheap mill and a great blocking creature
Sweet Oblivion - can mill and then mill from the graveyard, very useful at finishing off a player
Mirrormade - great for copying "Teferi's Tutelage" or "Teferi's Ageless Insight" or enchantments like "Banishing Light"
Into the Story - wait till there are 7 cards in their graveyard from milling to make this card cheaper.

REMOVAL / COUNTERS
Revitalize - gain life and draw a card
Banishing Light - great removal
Shatter the Sky - board wipe, Great for us as we only have 1 creature.

MANA
Nothing amazing here. just a few "Castle Ardenvale" to create blockers if we need it.
