Timeless Wisdom - HOURGLASS ENGINE
Cycling is available on most cards in this strange temporal-based deck. If you manage to draw Laboratory Maniac, you may have luck in pursuing an attempt to draw through *your entire deck* before the game is up, in which case - you win! This is a very atypical win condition - normally, if you cannot draw any more cards from your deck, you would lose instead. Be careful that Laboratory Maniac doesn't get removed if you're going for this goal, and save a counterspell for such a situation.
Otherwise, the best thing to keep in mind here is that discarding cards that aren't immediately useful from your hand tends to provide fodder for the "token generator" creatures and enchantments that you'll hopefully get out onto the battlefield early. Though it can scale up nicely over time, it'll be a balancing act of slowing down your opponents while you increase your card draw each successive turn. You also have several cards at your disposal that will take advantage of cards in the graveyard, so don't be *too* afraid to "cycle through" a large amount of cards quickly.
Time Walk and Mox Sapphire will quickly become your favorite cards in this deck if you're paying close attention. Using both together is absurdly powerful, and will let you ramp up and stack effects from multiple cards.
Type: Combo Control
