The Spanish Inquisition: SI, or BG Belcher, is another Land Grant build that can win with Goblin Charbelcher, but can also win by chaining draw-4 spells (Cruel Bargain and Infernal Contract) into a lethal Tendrils of Agony. While less reliable for killing with Belcher, since it doesn’t play a mountain, it doesn’t lose as hard to permission (If you Cruel Bargain, then they counter your Belcher, cool, you just got to draw 4 cards), the most popular variant, Pact-Spanish Inquisition, or PSI, plays a package of cheap creatures, fetchable with Summoner’s Pact, with Culling the Weak to generate mana (along with a Dryad Arbor, which is fetched by Land Grant). I can’t find any lists that were successful at large events, but here’s a list:
