Notes
 
* Use Crop Rotation (targeting Flagstones of Trokair when possible) and Elvish Reclaimer to ramp.  Then use Bloom Tender and Faeburrow Elder to blow out the mana.  Land fetching and sacrifice is centered around Plains and Forest.
* Knight of the Reliquary is pumped by sacrificed lands (to Crop Rotation, Elvish Reclaimer, and Knight of the Reliquary).
* Knight of New Alara pumps itself and all the other multicolored creatures.
* Let the chaos ensue with big 5-mana creatures and effective 5-mana abilities.
* Get permanents for free with cascade; lands for free with Averna, the Chaos Bloom; and cast spells for free with Maelstrom Archangel.
