+Thousand-Year Elixir
Chord is good, to be sure, but it's going to find another home. Mayael, however, is slowly being tuned to make better use of it's general, and she would love to start plopping in fatties ASAP! Plus, it works great with Elvish Piper, Capt Sisay, and Godsire.

I'm taking the deck in a more general-focused direction, and Empath runs counter to that idea, while Bracers plays quite nicely with it. I'm sad to see Tooth and Nail go, but hopefully Omnath will be able to make even better use of it.

Eladmri's Call was wanted elsewhere. I don't like how much Zhur-Taa helps my opponents. I needed more green sources, and I was pretty unhappy with those lands. Wanted to keep my ramp going strong, so Karametra and Bloom Tender made it in.

These changes are largely a result of lowering my mana curve, adding more ramp, and improving my mana base. The creature swaps were to improve the power of my army overall.
