Major update with the point changes. Decided to invest in the black tutors instead of Sol Ring, in part thanks to Spellseeker getting depointed.

This requires a major shift in the mana to try to be base Ubg, with only the minimal R and W splashes. I think Balance, Wargate, and Wheel are powerful enough. Shifted from a rainbow land mana base to more fetch dual with surveil lands, should be less painful and still fairly consistent.

I'm trying to add a bit more interaction for Ouphe and ways to beat interactive decks, so went up from 30 to 34-36 lands. I was finding Wasteland and minor artifact removal were enough to not let me cast spells. Cut the eggs, they seemed durdly, although did help with t1 plays that boost Academy. Hopefully the surveil lands can take the place
