Steps
Activate Peregrin Took by sacrificing three Foods.
Nuka-Cola Vending Machine triggers three times, creating three tapped Treasure and three tapped Food tokens.
Resolve the Peregrin Took ability, causing you to draw a card.
Repeat.

Infinite draw triggers.
Near-infinite tapped Treasure tokens.

Viscera Seer, Cauldron Familiar, Academy Manufactor, Pitiless Plunderer
1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar.
2. Cauldron Familar dies, triggering Pitiless Plunderer, creating a Food, a Clue, and a Treasure token.
3. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability, causing you to scry 1.
4.Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food token, returning Cauldron Familiar from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5.Cauldron Familiar enters the battlefield, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
6. Repeat.
