Notes

Bracket [3] - Upgraded

[[Niv-Mizzet]] is an interesting card that is too strong for the expected deck, this deck is supposed to be a spellslinger cycling cards to find combos and controlling the board doing so, but the swiftness at which Niv can win the game with [[Curiosity]], [[Tandem Lookout]] or [[Ophidian Eye]] is quite baffling.

Apparently, [[Niv-Mizzet]] and [[Curiosity]] is not considered an early game 2 cards combo so it's classidied as bracket 3, the rest of the deck is made with the same spirit, the mana base is very cheap and the whole deck isn't worth much. For that it is not an optimised deck but it's power level fall short for high level games, and is too high for average casual table.
