Use big deck mulligan: if a starting hand has 1 or fewer or 6 or more lands a player can reveal it and draw 7 new cards, otherwise no mulligans allowed.

The Grand Calcutron isn't part of the deck but acts as an emblem that cannot be interacted with. It takes effect after mulligans. The order of the program is chosen before the cards are revealed.

Changes to the original list.

Mission Briefing replaces Recoup to get rid of the requirement for red mana.

Ghost Quarters replace (some of the) deserts, to get rid of the 1 dmg from them but still have lands that target (at instant speed more strategic times). Only added a few and rest basic islands and cycle lands.
