Looking through the list again it looks like you might need to take out the elemental sub theme to put the ramp and protection in that you need.

Rancor, just an underrated card in general and can go into any green deck that wants to smash face.
Snake Umbra or Spider Umbra for the totem armor among other things.

Colossal Majesty and Wild growth also some card draw and mana ramp in enchantment form which you've seen is sometimes difficult to deal with.
