Take out 1 land, try to fit in more mana rocks
Need to get down to 100
More removal/disruption

Arna Kennerud - make sure to have enough +1/+1 counter abilities for this to ever go off
Baral - could add more counterspells or at least instants/sorceries for synergy
Danitha Capashen - only the lifelink on this is useful, remove
Dread Presence - need more Swamp lands to make this useful
Hooded Blightfang - no synergy with other creatures, remove
Noctis - unless adding more artifacts, remove
Susurian Voidborn, Vindictive Vampire, Ajani's Welcom, Bastion of Remembrance - need to have lots of token generators, otherwise each of these is basically limited to ~10-15 triggers per game
Vampire Sovereign - doesn't have lifelink and ETB effect isn't very strong, remove
Blatant Thievery - decent game ender, but might never get to cast
Blood Clock - iffy if this is asymmetric enough to keep
Sinister Monolith - you'd be better off with another Sign in Blood effect, remove
Counterbalance - plays nicely with Baral, but only really effective with ways to look at top of library like Brainstorm
Omniscience - not worth keeping unless you have ways to cheat it out, probably remove
Stab Wound - better off with a straight kill spell, remove
