2 fewer lands, a couple fewer dinos, add in a bunch of ramp
Need instants and sorceries for interaction, especially removal
Prioritize low cost creatures with high toughness, even if it has a downside
Add cards that can deal damage to your dinos if you want the as a theme

Drowsing Tyrannodon - not good enough, remove for ramp or removal
Frenzied Raptor - stats aren't good with commander, remove for ramp or removal
Imperial Aerosaur - there are better flyers and reach creatures than this, remove
Momentum Rambler - overcosted, remove for combat tricks or ramp
Nest Robber - early damage effects don't really help for this deck, remove
Ornery Dilophosaur - overcosted, remove
Pathfinding Axejaw - you'd be better off with normal ramp or card draw, remove
Rampaging Ceratops - 5 for a 5/4 with basically menace is OK, but probably overcosted
Raptor Companion - only keep if you need more 2 drop creatures
Ravenous Sailback - overcosted but at least a dino, maybe remove for removal spell
Regal Leosaur - remove for combat trick
Saurian Symbiote - overcosted, remove
Spined Tyrranax - there are better trample enablers already in the deck, remove
