    also, if you don't care about this being extended, you can go even further back for more elves.


    big question: do you want this to be elf ball (i.e. aggro elves) or do you want combo elves (i.e. suddenly you have a million elves and you grapeshot their faces off ftw or hit them with a really big elf or two really early)?

    i really think you should up the land count to 17-19. sometimes if they have spot removal for your elves, you end up churning out elves at a 1-a-turn pace, which isn't good.


    you want to explode out, and having the lands to play several spells on turn 3-4 even if your opponent removes some elves early on really helps.

        not necessarily. you just need to keep good hands and realize that the thing you cannot beat regardless of what you do is board sweepers. your only remedy against board wipes is playing around them.
