It's terrible and unconsistant, but the Hive Mind+Amulet of Vigor+Summer Bloom shell can go off as early as turn 2. Ponder/Preordain would help sculpt the hand better, but it'd still be clunky.

T1 - Play Forest, Play Amulet of Vigor.
T2 - Add 1 Green, Play Simic Growth Chamber, Add 1 Green and 1 Blue, Bounce Simic Growth Chamber. Play Summer Bloom. Play Simic Growth Chamber 3 more times and add 3 Blue and 3 Green. Cast Hive Mind and cast a Pact.
