I think this would be both playable while also being able to create stupid red effects. The pile of fetches will create enough mana fix and tutors can get one of the few ramp spells if I desperately need one.

The 6/6 general and swords offer an outlet win with commander damage. The Sneak Attack will also enable me to cheat creatures in early for their EtB effects. The Kiki/Splinter Twin+Zealous conscripts offers one outlet to combo with.

It's not the deck that will always win, but having something like Confusion in the Ranks and Possibility Storm in play at the same time will create pretty chaotic game.
