Notes

This Mono-Blue deck is designed to beat other mono-blue decks... Any opponent who beats this deck will feel accomplished. For all the other times, they'll just feel handled by the best blue has to offer. That said, don't build this deck. It's not a social deck and is pretty-much banned in virtually all my play environments.
