    I think maindeck burning earth (even sideboard burning earth) isn't great.  I'd drop it and the ratchet bombs.  If this is just a casual deck, I'd drop a lot of the creatures and put in more burn.  There's great burn all over, lava spike, fireblast and rift bolt just to name a few.  Skullcrack is a good sideboard card, if you want something to get rid of elspeths, try Chaos Warp.
