*Basic Idea is to rush out your Notion Thief / Hidden Strings / Sire of Insanity / Blood Scrivener / Shrieking Affliction / Rakdos' Return / Mind Grind / Soul Ransom / Whatever Combos. Will be a limited effect, but I will need to see what other old cards have that synergy.

*Jeleva looks like the best commander /out of box/. Once the Grinding Mill gets going, I can easily see Nekusar taking Commander. Two other options for commander are Crosis, the Purger and Nicol Bolas.

*Definitely need a Reliquary Tower and/or similar! All this drawing power may get out of control, quickly.
