    I feel that is underutilizing brainstorm's potential. Rather than replacing a card, why not add Evolving Wilds or Terramorphic Expanse? Not only would it help with mana fixing, but it would give you shuffling effects to work with your brainstorm for those perilous six turns before the Arbiter of the Ideal.

    The point of brainstorm here is that I can decide what's on the top of the deck - for use with Arbiter of the Ideal.  There are very few cards that let me do that.  Scry would be the poor man's version of getting something out of the way, but I like brainstorm better for this.

    Brainstorm is a card that works best with shuffling effects, so you can effectively draw three, get rid of your two least necessary cards, and then reset the top of your library. Do you have any shuffling cards that could fit in this deck?
