Notes

The Kataki should be switched to Stony Silence, because those are more solid and have a broader target with regards to archetypes they stop.

Now that the fetches are reprinted, their prices tanked - I could add 4 Marsh Flat and 4 Arid Mesa and splash red for Boros Charm and/or Lightning Helix, which would add a ton of aggro to my tokens. Or I could play Rally the Peasants as an additional anthem. And adding 8 fetches would help tons with deck thinning.

On the other hand, Windsweapt Heath are much cheaper and would allow to up the count of fetch lands to 8, too, for less money. No interesting splash, though.

Concealed Courtyard would allow more flexible mana with less pain, too. Probably could go in for some of the other lands, especially since it is much cheaper than the fetches. Especially if I do run the Marsh Flats, I should replace the Caves of Koilos and two of the shock lands by four of these,

Brimaz could probably be Timely Reinforcement (I have one in italian), because that can help me late in the game to come back with providing 3 token and 6 life. It is very situational, so really only needed as a one-of.

Oath of Gideon would be another token producer, but only produces 2 token for 3 CMC. But it helps my planeswalker plan, as it adds additional loyalty. Another but: it is legendary, so only one of them on the field ...

Lightning Helix can help to counter life loss due to shocks and dismember, and be removal, boros charm can help me keep my tokens around during board whipes - and double-striking with evasive tokens can be a big problem for my opponents. Boros Charm can nicely replace the boost feature of  Zealous Persecution, but not the removal part.

4 basic swamp should be 4 Marsh Flat. This might be the simplest upgrade with regard to the mana base. The 2 Cave of Koilos, 1 Windbrisk Height and 1 basic plains could be 4 Arid Mesa. I still should be fine with basic lands for getting pathed or being under a blood moon (at least if I got basics out with my fetches). 2 Isolated Chapel could be 2 Fetid Heaths, because that gives me another option for mana fixing. This keeps me 4 plains to be able to activate all 8 fetches (4 shrines and 4 plains).

If I really want to splash red, I should find place for 2 Sacred Foundry and a Mountain. Not needed if I use the Mesas only for deck thinning. And probably I would place them where the Isolated Chapels or Fetid Heaths are.

Sorin, Lord of Innistrad could come in for Elspeth, Knight Errant - I run a more token heavy deck and so he could be more useful to me, especially if I switch out the Scullers, since that reduces my creature count drastically.

Gideon, Ally of Zendikar would be anither option for the planeswalker spot, because it is a 5/5 beater or an indestructable anthem.

If I replace the Scullers with Rings, probably one basic plains could go for another Brimaz? As a one-of he might be a bit too scarce in plays, as a three-of he would show up for too often. I still would have enough land because I currently have 24 and switching from Sculler to Rings/Lights would reduce the mana requirements, 23 should really be enough. But I couldn't activate all 8 fetches anymore - but well, I guess by the time I could have the eigths fetch out, the game should be over already, whatever the result.

Burrenton Forge Tender could be Leyline of Sanctity - but if I go Leyline, I need to run 4 to raise the chance to have one in my opening hand. Those could then probably be the Ghost Quarters - I can't fight Tron with removal anyway, so why spend two SB slots on it?

So planning goes as follows:

-3 Kataki, Wars wage +3 Stony Silence
-3 Sculler +3 Oblivion Ring or Banishing Light
-4 Swamp +4 Marsh Flat
-2 Caves of Koilos +2 Arid Mesa
-1 Windbrisk Height +1 Arid Mesa
-1 Plains +1 Arid Mesa
-1 Plains +1 King of Brimaz
-2 Isolated Chapel +2 Fetid Heath
-1 Elspeth, Knight Errant +1 Sorin, Lord of Innistrad
-2 Ghost Qarter +2 Leyline of Sanctity
-2 Burrenton Forge Tender +2 Leyline of Sanctity

Other things I can think about would be Auriok Champion to get a bit more life gain and have something else worthwhile to play T2. And it is something that works against red aggression. And Hero of Bladehold would be an obvious (and classic) inclusion.
