ivanthehungrier | 25-Aug-2015 19:30If you were to run Wood Elves over Farhaven, you could get Stomping Ground/ Tiaga into play untapped. Fauna Shaman/ Chord of Calling would take the randomness out that Leap brings. Although abusable, the graveyard isnt all that important to you. Seige is a machine gun, haha nice! Looks beefy!

Generally Xenagos does just fine as long as there's at least one creature on the board and a spare one in hand, Leap should ensure that. Fauna and Chord aren't in there yet for $$ reasons, and I think Wood Elves I just didn't have an extra copy of - you're right about them, though.

Your Mother | Edited 20-Jun-2014 12:36No way to cheat out all these big ass creatures? Lurking Predators, Summoning Trap. Chariot of Victory has been turning up in big beater decks, too. A properly prepared Tornado Elemental or Thorn Elemental would make people unhappy face.

tompytomps | 20-Jun-2014 16:54Lurking's a definite add. The other stuff I'll have to playtest until I find a good balance of creatures/combat tricks/answers and finetune. Super excited about this deck though - Xenagos is hard to get rid of then you can just cannonball stuff at people all day.

Your Mother | 20-Jun-2014 18:14The gods are making great commanders, they stick around so hard. One thing you have to keep an eye on, though, is making sure he doesn't hit creature status. We boardwipe/tuck/-1counter like mad around here, and letting gods go creature usually end with a dead god.

Greg DeSimone | 23-Jun-2014 13:33its unfair that they are indestructible enchantments 90% of the time. i can exile/tuck creatures, i can destroy enchantments, i can rarely exile enchantments.

tompytomps | 20-Jun-2014 16:56I think those are both just terribly inefficient here. I'll keep Junkyo in mind for any red/white weenies stuff I put together though. It'd do a lot of work in an Iroas build with an assemble the legion out.
