In case you read this whole article and haven't figured out how the deck works, here is how: when Balustrade Spy enters the battlefield or Undercity Informer sacrifices himself, target yourself.  Mill the entire deck into the graveyard.  Trigger all Narcomoebas.  Cabal Therapy the opponent for any cards that might disrupt you, like Force of Will or, in this case, Swords to Plowshares.  Get Zombies because of Bridge from Below.  Flashback to cast Dread Return, returning Sutured Ghoul.  Exile all the random creatures that are in the deck to give him over 30 power.  Return Dragon Breath to the battlefield attached to Sutured Ghoul.  Swing for the win.
