Notes
 
The Chancellor dazes the first spell, which shuts down pretty much any deck that isn't powered by a storage land, and the Path to Exile handles most creature based decks. Loses to most non-creature based creature control like Ensnaring Bridge or Energy Field if it can be cast through the Chancellor.
