Notes

Illusions tribal deck received in a Secret Santa with a $15 deck cost budget. The exchange allowed one card to not be counted toward the limit, hence the Emrakul.

Playing is pretty straightforward. Play under-costed illusions and eliminate their drawback with Lord of the Unreal. Aetherplasm can trick out Stormtide Leviathans and Emrakul as well. Instants & sorcery provide the usual bounce/counter control as well as some ability to dig for answers.
