Looking good, man! A couple other creatures to consider: Cartel Aristocrat, Blood Bairn. Also you may want to think about removing some of the weaker planeswalkers, Elspeth, Sun's Champion/Liliana of the Dark Realms/Gideon, Champion of Justice and put in some things to help your commander survive combat. Maybe totem armor or equipment?
