I talked to my buddy from work that's really knowledgable about the format and what's popular currently and he helped me come up with this list. I'll be playtesting with people from work in the coming weeks once I get/proxy the rest of the cards I need

Couple things: the legendary doesn't break the game open for you but having two in hand sucks, I'd drop it to two.  You've got 4 Windswepts but only 3 basics.  I know the chances of pulling a dead fetch is slim, but cmon.  You have -no- way of turn 1 thoughtsieze, which is where the magic happens.  I aaaaalmost think I like return to the ranks better than tasigar, and up warden to 4.  I see it like this: the only reason tasigur is worth it is if you are recovering from boardwipe or locked in a state you can't get out of and need the card advantage.  You've enough removal and more removal on the side, so recovery is the goal.  If someone wipes you can still pay 6 mana and pull everything you'd want back out.  Tasigur seems slow by comparison.  But he is also expensive as shit so there is a reason for that.
