Working from the bottom:  You've no one or twodrops that need to come out hot and heavy so Blackcleave Cliffs is a waste, because it will always come into play tapped when you don't want it to.  Swap it out for straight up swamps.  Splinter twin is fucking expensive cash and manawise, and you've got four of them to enchant a single creature.  Kikijiki also has no use doubling any of the other creatures in the deck, so you've 8 total cards that rely on one of 4 being present.  And sticking around.  Bad odds, Han Solo.  If you want to go this route, find more things that you'd want to doubleup with splinter and kikijiki (murderous redcap, zealous conscripts, etc).  Removal is fine, but I like nontargeted like Geth's Verdict better.  Drop legendary down to 3x; you've got a 20% chance to draw 2 cards of 4 in the first 13 cards of a deck.  That means 1/5 of the time you've drawn a dead card before you can combo out.  Straight up game loss there.  In my profesional poor man opinion, this deck is not worth the money that would be spent on it.
