When I had Scrap Heap in my deck it never got played. In this situation you would even be able to cycle it out with One Orc's Scrap. I would go so far to say that the card sucks and will be played only when you are already in a comfortable position. It's an easy call (for me) to replace them with another Lobber Crew, Tribal Tattoos, and High Mountain Troll (whom it looks like you want 1 of out every single game.)
