What I've Done:

-I have (almost) entirely scrapped the half assed voltron motif. A deck split between two ideologies as separate as voltron and tokens is doomed to fail (see below).
-I have put in more plains, this deck was manastarved. Even a heavy aggro deck should have no less then 36.
-Attempted to improve lategame more in the form of bigger things + manasinks.
-Added more repeatable card draw to keep the soldier machine going.
-Took out some shitty earlygame cards. Like srsly those were ass.
-Added more lords/buffs.
-Added more removal, because you need more.

How does the deck work now?
--------------------------------------------
You start off by playing low cost token generators and lower cost lords and pumps. Then Odric/Lords and pumps. Then a fat token dropper or two and maybe some of the high cost lords and pumps, then swing unblocked for the kill. All the while using those fancy removal spells to kill erryting.

Why not voltron?
--------------------------------------------
Earlier up I said that you were dividing the deck between voltron and tokens and you needed to focus on the tokens. While magic unblockable Odric voltron may sound tempting. The reality is is that white alone doesn't have enough removal/disruption to properly run voltron.

And why not both?
--------------------------------------------
When you are trying to do both, neither will work very well. You will end up with a sorted pumped commander and field of like 3 tokens and a lord most of the time. Which isnt what you want at all.

Maybe/Things to consider:
--------------------------------------------
-Take out one or both of the gideons.
-Take out Cenn's Tactician, like idk. Its basically 1 +1/+1 counter a turn. It basically depends on how much use your getting out of its second ability.
-Take out Ivory Mask, there isn't like anyone who really does that much killing to the face. I like Aegis of the gods cause he counts as a soldier, so he isn't ever a dead card. But Ivory mask can VERY easily be a useless card.
-Add in Elspeth, Knight-Errant.
-Add in Suture Priest
-Add in Path to Exile and Swords to Plowshares
-Take out Archtype of courage. I feel like alot of odrics use it snaking around all their blockers. And when most of your creatures are 3/3's or less, first strike isnt all that useful. And i dont think our meta has enough first strikers to make the second ability terribly useful.
-Add in some more token generators. I didnt do any counts cause im lazy, but the balance might need some tweaking.
-I added in a "Bargaining Table" because it is a cheap card. Idk how well it will perform in our meta. Remove it for Mind's Eye if you want to invest in the $7 or Candles of Leng is also pretty swaggin (cause it filters plains aswell)
-I currently added in Captain's Call. Cenn's enlistment is a very similar card. You may want to playtest with it and see how many times you retrace enlistment (take note that you don't exile after retracing, so you can keep doing it)

-I've still tried to keep it pretty budget in terms of the cards that I added, so there might be some better cards that i stayed away from because of price.
-Everything here is just my own speculation based on my own knowledge, experience and research and of course I could be completely wrong about things.
