Notes
Theme: Evasion and ninjas.
Gameplan: Play evasive creatures, preferably with ETB effects, and use them to trigger ninjutsu. Replay them to repeat the ETB effects, and repeat.
Strengths: Develops a lot of virtual card advantage over time.
Weaknesses: Very dependent on being able to connect with combat damage so it can use ninjutsu and cipher.
