In Decklists when a specific card is set for a card, the sort by set functionality does not pay attention to what is actually set in that decklist and instead organizes by another default.

For instance:

shows a deck with many cards set for exactly which version I have in the deck.

However this is what I see when I sort by edition:

you can see these cards which should be grouped together are not.

It would be very helpful when deck building and working with larger collections that these are grouped together correctly.

Having the sets correctly organized leads to other benefits, like being able to enable set sorting in other places like trades:

In a larger trade like this, being able to group the things I need to pull by set would mean a cleaner process for getting everything pulled out:

I can second this. Came to the forum to report it, has been nagging me for a while.

You laid that out very nicely ZombieSleeve.

This has caused me much annoyance over the years. Please fix Edition sorting.

Thanks so much! I really like this site, and would really love it if Sebi could get some help to get through a couple of improvements like this the site really needs to stay competitive with the more flashy sites.

@SEBI if you're reading this, I'm sure some of your more active users would consider a one-time "donation" to get you some dev help for a few bigger tasks. I know I would!
