Thats a big red flag for me when he has 8x times as many cancelled trades as he does completed trades and hes fairly new. Id expect that from people who have the the feedback to back it up but it just screams "shady" when you just constantly offer trades to people and far more get cancelled than accepted. It doesnt speak well of your trading habits.

Shot you an offer.

I have a MM Cryptic Command I can trade towards the flats.

Dont get me wrong the Black on Black is cool. But I hate that they are versions they chose for them. I would have rather them been the orginal 5 versions of Jace, Ajani, Liliana, Garruk and Chandra from Lorywn than these. Just my 2 cents....Enjoy the Bump smile

They are the closest thing to Wastland Modern has right now. They are played alot in Death & Taxes since you can activate multiples of them in same turn to blow up multiple lands.

I want to be interested in Chandra lol...

Question. I saw here that people are able to create shipping label for their stuff through paypal with DC at the nominal price of 1.69, I'm having trouble finding that, do you need a merchant account?

Thanks for any thoughts you all have.

No you as long as you have a registered Paypal Account you can use it. I believe the correct link for it is at the top in one of the stickies...

EDIT: Yea what Jassi posted is what I was looking for. I have it shortcutted in Google Chrome but whenever I try to send that to people it just gives them a session timeout. Setting it to "Thick Envelope/Package" and to about 3oz will ship about 20 cards between toploaders for 1.69. You can also set the amount of insurance for the package but only up to 500.00.

People really need to stop selling cards when I have no money to buy them tongue

Some of these Ideas should be thrown here: (http://deckbox.org/forum/viewforum.php?id=3)

Not that discussing them here is bad, but Im not sure how much Deckbox support team checks group forum threads opposed to the Designated Discussion for Deckbox Forum

You can set decks to hidden and/or private that can only be accessed with a password. The only difference with this and hiding items on your inventory is that cards that are listed in the Decklist but you dont list in your Inventory will be marked Red.

They are looking within trades themselves at the offers being made and assuming that it means hes scamming because some of them seem lopsided and he has opened trades from 2 months ago. Honestly I dont think that can really constitute scamming because it could just as easily be starting offer to gauge interest. If thats what people deem scamming, I may have to change my approach lol

This is also why I ALWAYS print my mailing label with Paypal.  For $1.69, you'll have tracking information, so there can never be a dispute about if a card was delivered or not.

That's what I thought until one of my recent trades. I'm out a Snapcaster because of it.

"June 20: Out for Delivery"
"June 20: Delivery Status not updated"

Aaaaand yeah. No more Snapcaster, and I had to send a new one out.

If you call Customer Service and file a case they can put a tracer on it and when it shows up will call you and you can either have it sent to the original destination or back to you. This does take sometime tho cause when it happened to me, the card bounced around for month before I had any idea where it was. That being said, Ive noticed that insuring packages tends to get more attention from the PO bc when they are actually responsible to pay you back if they lose it, they actually update it accordingly.

Also can I do anything about him threatening to show up at my door?

Not, specifically.

Now, there are certain cases (like what I did with an asshat detailed here: http://deckbox.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=8699) where you can take some action.

That was an entertaining read if there ever was one lol

Im in the same boat as Unstable and even then havent had any major issues with cards Im getting. Im pretty much expect cards I get from people on here (or else where) to have some play bc I know they arent a store and I really cant hold them to same standard as a business especially when I can't physically see the cards and have to take their word for it.

As it stands right now, I think the rating system is a HUGE upgrade from what it used to be when they updated the site. To be honest even when I go to eBay, who pretty much uses the same rating system, and I look a person's feedback, I really only look for what was said in the negative ones and the reasoning for it, which is what the rating system already does here.

Not exactly sure where this idea of " Threatening" comes. Just what was posted and not knowing the conversation in its context I could easily assume it means that they dont live that far apart and it shouldnt have taken that long to get to either.

That being said, there's really no excuse for not using DC and tracking on a trade of that size although its kinda of strange that neither them have recieved anything.

You still can if you wish. Filing a BTR will just get a Mod involved and they can help sort out what needs to happen to get the trade resolved.

http://deckbox.org/forum/viewforum.php?id=56

You go to the above link and file a BTR and let the Mods contact him. If he continues to ignore you or you get no contact, you can file Mail Fraud and he can be banned from the site

I know how it can be broken but like I said, in my experience with him, the only thing he really did was end up the turning the table on his caster which didnt end to will for him. Also part of the stipulation in keeping him off the ban list in my group is that your only allowed to do his "Draw 7" once each player turn, which while still powerful helps neuter him alittle but not be so broken. He fits really well in my Radkos, Lord of Riots Demon Tribal deck tongue

http://mtgcommander.net/rules.php then go to "Deck Construction"

It lists all cards banned for normal EDH. There is another Ban list for 1v1 play but (also called the French Ban list) but since its really a casual Format, its really up to your play group what you choose to "ban". In my experience Griselbrand is really only broken when used as a General not when hes part of the 99.

I just wanted to say I very much enjoyed your candor in the telling of how she came to be in her condition lol
