I do understand the frustration here, I'm not ignoring this, it's just that I'm not sure how to efficiently allocate some time to do this...
I need to manually find all the editions where this happens, find out which exactly are the printings that are "special", decide what other edition to split it off in and move all the things one by one.
I get all the data mostly from gatherer, which is why it's organised as it is now.

The format seems to be wrong for the new Commander 2018 cards. They should be Legacy and Vintage Legal, but the sight says otherwise.

First thing I noticed is that when you remove a tag is that it doesn't go away without a refresh of the screen.

New option added in "Group Listing By" in decks: "Ungrouped". It will show each deck section (main, side, scratch) as a single listing, with no groups.
Also I started to implement some primitive (for now) tagging features in decks. Using a hashtag word in a note (public or private), will show that hashtag directly on the card line:
I'm thinking how to implement some filtering the listing by the tags and by other info displayed (cmc, color). Not trivial, so might take a bit, but it's on the list.
I mean for a long time there was pretty much no dev or real acknowledgement of feature requests for quite a while. It was pretty much just card updates (like sets, etc.). You would see feature requests that would go unacknowledged or somewhat acknowledged for quite a while.
I do answer all support tickets, and trade disputes, and I do work full time on the website, although there are times when I fail to release the features I'm trying to implement, or there are longer periods of mostly support/maintenance/bugfixing/administrative/accounting etc type work. Due to being a single person, as I have before stated, I don't have too much time to discuss things on the forums, which is why the sticky topic on the Site Discussion recommends opening a ticket for issues.
I do read all the forum posts though, and I do have a very large TODO list and roadmap, although it is not nicely structured for outside display, as that would incur more time and maintenance on my part. I tried to have it before and I have promised features that I was unable to finish the way I wished, and had to cancel them, and users have been (rightfully) upset, so I try to not have promises and roadmaps out...
I also addressed the issue of accepting outside help, it's not trivial and it would be very hard to move a 10 year old project suddenly to an open source development process (github etc).
But when you don't see any development (database updates don't count) it feels like you're paying for nothing.
Sadly there are many things to be done for a business (even a tiny one) that "don't count" as you put it - for the users, but take time 
. No worries, nobody should feel they should pay for something they don't get enough value out of. The free account and the features that are now free, will always be free.
I let my premium lapse until the team started actively developing again. Does anyone know if dev has picked up again and feature requests are getting some love/added?

What do you mean, there are constantly things fixed and implemented, check out the Announcements subforum. What specifically are you having issues with?
As I was working with my decks this weekend, I found that trying to retire a deck was a bit of a pain. I wanted to keep the deck list around but no longer wanted to have the cards in it marked as used. I was wondering if there was a way to de-list an entire deck? Or maybe add an option in the drop down for un-selected?
You can mark the deck as "Idea" instead of "Built" in this case, and the cards will not count in the totals anymore, but they will keep the details they already have set. (or is it that you'd like to remove the set details altogether at this point?)
There's a new count on each edition listed on the editions page, representing the total number of printings in the set.
For premium users, there are 2 more counts for each: the number of printings you have a playset of, the number of printings you have at least 1 card of, and the cell is highlighted with a background color when it is incomplete / complete singleton / complete playset.
Let me know what you think and what you'd like added or changed.

I do want to do something of the sort (@tagging). Perhaps easiest would be to make special hashtag type tags in the comment be displayed on the card row and used for grouping or sorting. (#ramp #draw etc...)
@Dnemo28 - you can put comments on cards in decks already, both private or public.
Upped limit now. It's being reached easily because the original-size images are kept for all cards that ended up in trades, even though you don't have them in inventory anymore. I'll look at cleaning up some stuff or maybe just removing the very large size original files.
Fixed details being lost when moving to different section
Fixed wonky page re-sorting when setting details.
Fixed wrong edition listed in csv export for custom details.

Any chance you could add a new deck type of "Storage"? I'm using the new edition/condition feature in my decks and it's working out pretty well for keeping track of what's in my binders. I've discovered a number of errors in my inventory as a result.
After this, the only thing I'd be missing would be the ability to move specific editions/conditions of a card from one deck to another. My ultimate inventory management tool would exist!

Just a question - is there a reason why you can't filter by "Commander" as a format? It's pretty much all I play.
Also, sorry if this has been asked, but related to this do you plan to add functionality to show partner commanders when a deck is tagged as commander format? At present you can only mark one card as your commander.Thanks!
Commander is listed under "Variants" as opposed to formats, and that was not available as a filter for some reason. It is now!

Would be doable, but less useful I think since sadly we don't save the card prices as they were at the time the trade was made.
A tiny new premium feature today, buyers or sellers can find an "Export Orders to CSV" button on the top right of the orders page.
The file contains all bought or sold orders, ready to export & analyse in your favourite spreadsheet program 
The exported columns are:
Order ID,
Order Type,
User Login,
Payment Date,
Card Name,
Edition,
Card Number,
Condition,
Count,
Bought Price,
Current Deckbox Price
Based on this comment I adjusted the edition of the cards in all of my 40+ decks to the proper one (original printings mostly) and did set foil/language flags, during the free trial. Unfortunately most of these changes seem to be reverted after losing premium status.
Can you confirm that these hours invested are indeed lost or will the edition correct itself to my custom values when I subscribe to premium again?
Correct, they are not lost, they are simply not used.
I was just trying to export the card list for a deck (see https://deckbox.org/sets/1944829) and I noticed the following:
When exporting to CSV, I am getting the wrong editions. Each card in this deck is set to custom using Mirrodin/DarkSteel/Fifth Dawn editions, and yet I get the Last Main Printing edition in the CSV instead.
I believe this should be considered a bug. The export should use the edition I see on the deck list (regardless of how that is derived).

search & filter function doesn't work in inventory: i try to filter my foil and the result don't appear

I added a new filtering option to the site deck listing, that can be used to list some subcategories of decks:
- decks you clicked "+1" on (liked decks)
- decks you have viewed in the past (like a 'navigation history' of sorts)
- your own decks, so that you can filter them by name / format / cards
- decks you commented on
This is a first tiny step in the direction of better deck management, finding interesting and new decks, and I have more stuff planned & will announce soon. For now I just added a little link in the menu for "liked decks", and it's probably confusing and unintuitive, but I plan to clean the whole deck stuff up.
Next up is a primitive "deck finder" that would show decks you can build from the inventory cards, and finally some Arena support, cause it's almost out of beta!
You don't lose any data when you go back to basic, all the stuff is there, you just can't use the features. So for example the notes you put on cards in decks are still there, but you can't modify it. As soon as you resubscribe you can modify it again.
