Those are some expensive cards you are asking for. I know EDH does get intense, but I think there are more casual players who don't spend that much on cards. If I had any I would trade.

Hi, I play casual EDH and my local playgroup has allowed me to use Pokemon energy as basic lands. I only want to have one deck with pokemon energy as lands and it just so happened all I had were fire and water energy so I made a blue/red deck. I need 8 more of each and would trade value for any foil basic energy's. I value the non-foil at $.25 a piece if anyone wants to hook me up.
(I do want grass energy eventually, so I may be interested in any of those you may have also, but fire and water are top priority.)

I usually keep my commander separated from my other cards by keeping it in a Toploader. Recently I've decided that Toploaders are a pain. They don't fit easily into fat pack boxes easily. Any other Ideas on how to keep your commander separate from the rest of your deck? Just curious.

My personal way of trading foils/promos/tokens that tcgplayer does not have listed is 80% of Star City pricing, just because they are usually highest priced.
If that works for you she is $8 SCG price so roughly $6.50. If you don't like that price send me a different offer.

Now that I have slept I can talk more about Opal Palace.
I do dislike Shimmering Grotto, you must pay 1 each turn just to color correct. I do run Prophetic Prism in some decks. They do what Shimmering Grotto does but let's me draw a card. Mana is never a problem in EDH so let's not talk about the 2cmc drawback vs. Grotto.
Or I use Rupture Spire and Transguild Promenade. Yea they enter tapped, but you only need to pay for em once instead of every turn.
As far as Opal Palace is concerned. It is a Shimmering Grotto (almost) with a second ability. I do like it, but I retract what I said about it being as good as Command Tower. The more I start running colorless mana producers like Basalt Monolith, Pristine Talisman, Thran Dynamo, etc. The more I like color correcting options. I will likely never use Grotto but stick with my Prism instead.
Just to make it easier I will run a Chromatic Lantern where I can though...
