Agreed on both points, I think showing that someone has an open dispute is important, and a limitation on new accounts.

It's a freely available location database that we have imported, provided by a database company. Not the best data, but I could not afford the best data

You get no results because it seems you have no cards in your tradelist, and your wishlist consists of very special foil versions of Chinese and Japanese cards. I'm afraid nobody except a single user actually has those for trade on deckbox
