Most hex enchant decks Ive seen run few creatures that cost little to get out and then just all in on the one creature and keep attacking, if thats the strategy you want then I would drop the reaper because at that point you want to be putting enchants on one of your other creatures. I would also try to pick up cheaper enchants like ordeal of erebos the more lower casting cost enchants the more you can pile on. (T1 Scout T2 enchant T3 enchant t4 two enchants etc) Also try getting a couple of abrupt decays to clear the field in the early turns to get through.  With this kind of fast deck I wouldnt run anything over 3 mana and I'd try to cut down on the 3 CMC cards as much as possible. This will also help with your mana base since you wont need to much fixing and might be able to avoid dual lands like you want to.

Good luck, Hope this helps.

If its what I think it is that your talking about its the list from the group your apart of. For me I'm apart of redit so my list is all the redit group users who have cards I need / have for  trade. I would check to make sure your still in a group. If your not in a group I don't think anything will show up down there.

Hope that helps.

I think this is a great Idea, often we focus to much on the bad and not enough on  the good events. I know thats why theres a feedback score but sometimes its nice to know your dealing with someone whos very understanding or patient or what not.

Mill decks are hard to pull off no matter what format your in. Like what was said before you want a more control shell with a few mill options.

http://deckbox.org/sets/442309

Just a quick deck based on what you orginally had. It lowers you down to two real win cons (jace and mage +  crank) mind furneral is just really good in modern when your playing against decks that run 8 fetch lands to thin their decks out of land for you.

The rest of the deck is about staying alive, between the counters / unsummons / spot removal it should keep you alive longer. Fog bank is an excelent card when dealing with aggro or any creatures really.

the phantasam is nice but theres proboly better cards out there. Having a 5/5 is nice but its not always what you need when your trying to mill out your opponent instead of droping him 20.

Serum visions and remand both help with card draw and deck manipulation to make sure you can get what you want when you want.

For your mana base having a few duels is good to make sure you can cast whatever you have in your hand. If after playing you notice that your games are going longer and your sitting on mana with nothing to do with it look into adding nephalia drownyard

Hope this helps!

Yeah, arbor elf or the new one that taps add a green between a play set of those and a play set of the gyre it might be a bit much but you'll have to play around with it and see what feels right for the deck. With those you'll be able to ramp into the hydras and biomancers and once those are out simply attaking with kal. hydra will double everything you have.

I think the hardest part for this deck is dealing with removal. Spot removal or otherwise will cause you some trouble and I'm not sure what to do about that besides having more threats then they have removal.

And no worries on not understanding some cards, it happens to everyone at least once.

I would drop the experiment one's and go with some more mana dorks to help ramp into your hydras.

Speaking of hydras I would also add Kalonian Hydra as that would help a lot of creatures in this deck.

Between Kalonian and the biomancer you'll be packing some big creatures.

you need some one drops in there to help you out. Thin out your 2 drops and add some of these.

Boros Recruit
Flamekin Brawler - good mana dump when your hand is empty
Foundry Street Denizen - great synergy in this deck

With your mana curves already quite low with only one card being CMC of 3 and replacing some two drops with one drops you can go down to 20 lands if not 19 and will be fine. As long as you have 2 mana out you will be able to play almost anything in your deck.

If I remeber correctly the only feed back that effects your score is completed trades or trades that have been accepted and the address have been exchanged. If a trade is started and then canceled feed back can be left but it will not effect the over all feedback score. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong on this.

Started a trade with you.

I'm trying to collect as many azorius tokens as I can get. I have spares of most of the other guilds if your up to doing a swap, I think golgari is the only one I don't have.

If you want to go the mill direction then I agree with elpablo. You need to get away from the red and go in the very least into black if not full on esper. What you want to do is make a control deck with the finishers being the mill. I ran an esper control that had Jace MA and mind grind as the finishers that could completly mill in 2 or 3 turns once I started in on it. Up until then the control kept me alive and the opponents in check until I was ready. If you go esper then you have S. verdict and Temis for bord wipes and sphinx rev. for card draw / life. along with detention sphear and bounce /  counters to keep everything the opponent has tied up. If you just go Dimir your choices are a bit more limited and will be a combo of creature removal and counters until you get your jace.

I made a post on your actual deck for you. Good luck at FNM!

If your intrested in an event deck theres two ways you can go. The first is Rally and Rout and is a Red White event deck from Gatecrash. It has a lot of fast aggroish creatures. The second is the new Strength of Selesnya from Dragon maze. Its a Green White with a splash of black token deck. The nice thing about the second one is one of the rares is a duel land that will help you with your mana issues.

Either one of these would work with your current list of cards to smooth out some things to make it consistant. If I were to choose one I would go with the Selesnya.

Here are the links.

Rally and Rout http://www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/a … rcana/1161
its the second one on the list, just scroll down.

heh when I first looked over your build I missed that you had the side bord. I would move most of that to your MD pull out the wight's and the drinkers.

glad I could help big_smile

Its been my experience that going full in on mill never works. As you have found out you don't stay alive long enough to make it happen. What I would suggest is to turn it into a control deck with mill as your win con. Something you can do to make this happen is to add 1 or 2 more Consuming Aberration . This turns all your control cards into mill cards. bulk up on removal and counter spells. Add in some Far // Away to help you survive longer and if you can swing it some snapcaster mage. I would aim for cards that do double duty, like your Psychic Strike and Pilfered Plans and stay away from mill only cards like Thought Scour. As good as they are at milling you can't mill if your dead.

Good luck.

I put up a trade for you

If I have a Archive Trap in the graveyard and cast a Snapcaster mage targeting the trap after my opponent searches their library would I be able to cast the trap for 0 or do I have to pay the full cost.

Thanks in advance,

Scott-

I would start with something like this..

http://deckbox.org/sets/376240
(I don't usually play tokens so it will definatly need adjusting)

I'm also assuming your running in standard if your not then that opens up a lot more choices.

Between the speed of reanimator or naya blitz and the control aspect I kept the cost(mana) down as low as I could. this will help you be fast or recover fast from a bord wipe.

the healer's / trostani will help with your life loss from agro and shocks.

hope this helps

Depends on what format, for modern its fine. Also as long as the card was printed in those sets as long as you have the same card (even if its from a diffrent edition) then your fine. Example if you have a M12 jace, memory adept it is still legal in standard because it was reprinted exactly in M13.

depending on what format your looking at you could run mesa enchantress / flickering ward. As for the white only card draw I'm not sure,

My apologies if this has already been suggested-

When I search for a card and I see the list of people who have that card for trade it would be nice if there was a column on that list that showed when that trader was last online. I know that if I go to their profile it will show it but that means I have to look at every single profile to find someone who has at least been on the site withing the last week. More often I find that most of the users have not been online since last year.

This would make it quicker to find someone to trade with.

Thanks!
