I just completed foiling/alter out my UWR Control deck (minus 4 sideboard cards) but I need the rent money more than I need foil instants.

Any card over $10 value I will consider taking a trade for non-foil + paypal. I would very strongly prefer to ship the deck out as a whole. For the fetches I very strongly prefer getting a nonfoil in trade for them.

This makes me sad. Are you sure you can't find other ways to pay rent? Selling a foil deck is like killing a unicorn.
