Since High Elves and Lizardmen both use High Magic in the old rules, I thought this might be appropriate...

Tried to keep with low loyalty High Elf Cards, Increasing hit points & heal should help get more mileage out of Savage. Also added some more damage generation from the High Elf side and added some of the High Elves that can damage themselves... As far as I can tell, the Temple Guards should be able to move this damage to a Savage unit (even though the ability won't trigger otherwise anymore), since it's redirect not cancel.

The deck should be pretty aggressive, so the huge resource providing location that damages your Capital should not be a bad idea.

Also tried to avoid running many powerful neutral cards (outside of the Lizardmen), in order to not overlap with your other decks. :)
