Nine rebel tutors with Lin Sivvi and Jötun Grunt salvaging the dead for tutoring. Eight rebel targets should be tutored after Lin Sivvi and one or two other tutors are in play. Keep mana open and tutor rebels at their Declare Attackers or End Step to have them safely in play without summoning sickness.

Urzatron is easier to assemble because rebels, Baubles, Sextants, Wanderer's Twig, Expedition Map and Wand of Denial thin the deck. Use the mana to tutor more rebels, boost with Battle Cry or burn with Kaervek's Torch.

Removal and other control relies on a small amount of cards. Zealot, Ballista Squad and Bound in Silence can be tutored, as can Ice Floe although you'll most likely use Expedition Map for Urza's lands. Noetic Scales is a one-sided mass unsummon, and Story Circle and Disenchant exist just in case. Wand of Denial can mess up other people's draws. Cho-Manno's Blessing should be cast on Lin Sivvi as an instant.
