It looks like you have next to no draw. I don't think it is that important to make sure your general keeps its hexproof, I also don't think simply splashing blink will work. For a blink deck to work you have to go all or nothing, this is the building block thing... have a conjurer's closet is useless unless you can get one of the 5 etb creatures you have. That being said I suggest:

- Rite of Replication (if your playing stax well, your opponent won't any/many creature out and your's arn't good enough to copy)
(I don't think you need 3 clones since they're only good when you have something to close) - Stunt Double or Phyrexian Metamorph
- Rapid Hybridization or Pongify (you have a lot of target destroy when hopefully stax isn't allowing them to play/keep much)


The curve in the deck is fairly low so I don't think you need to run 40 lands, I think 37/38 would do.


I would add some of the more intense stax cards, even if they hurt you i think you will come out on top. Kataki, War's Wage or World Queller or Stony Silence or Smokestack
+ Martyr's Bond allows all of those to hit your opponent doubely
