Notes
 
This deck started out as my very first custom built EDH deck, Anafenza the Foremost. I upgraded Anafenza quite a bit but she wasn't a great commander. Eventually, Atraxa came out and it seemed like the perfect time to give my +1/+1 counter deck a facelift.

7/2/17 CHANGELOG: Attempting to make this deck even more focused. Reworked mana base and also added in cards from the core library. Added a few planeswalkers to take advantage of proliferate. Removed a lot of mana fixing from spell list, may need to revisit soon and bring it back the other way. Biggest concern is the mana base, things get weird with 4 colors.
