Removed all the fetches because they are good, but make the deck a little too ridiculous.

Combos:
Gitrog Monster + Darkmor Salvage + Skirge Familiar = Infinite Black Mana
Use this to Dredge through your deck, reshuffling your graveyard into your library whenever Kozilek, Butcher of Truth hits your graveyard. Use any draw triggers from lands other than Dakmor Salvage hitting the graveyard to draw cards, discarding any lands for more  and a new card. Continue until you have drawn Exsanguinate.

Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord + Centaur Vinecrasher
Any of these, or any other huge creature can be Sacrificed to Jarad for a massive amount of hurt to your opponents. Depending how big your stuff is, it could be enough to close out the game.
PLEASE NOTE: If one of your other combo piece-creatures are in your graveyard, but you have Necrotic Ooze in play, you can just substitute the Ooze in that card's place. As mentioned above, Necrotic Ooze can win the game on its own if Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, is in the graveyard
